I use this to monitor HR for my conditioning sessions with the barbell or kettlebell. I used to use a Huawei watch GT4 which was great at monitoring HR but would undercount once it got above 170. This doesn't have any such problems and recognizes it correctly until 200bpm. I use Polar Beat though, you'll have to see how it works with other apps. Best part is it sends data to my watch in addition to my phone. So, I can take off my watch during the kettlebell snatch sessions. I've been using it for like 5 months, the battery is still said to be good and have no problems.

New update : Amazon helped me post an email, and returned the order and refunded the money !! Thank you !! This purchase of the Polar H10 has been a complete disaster. The heart rate sensor stopped working properly, and despite following Amazon's policy and raising the issue on October 2nd, the retailer has offered no resolution, only continuous delays and requests to wait for an unresolved ticket. Polar confirmed there is no warranty or service available in India, and the support email shared by Amazon is unresponsive. This pathetic lack of accountability from both the manufacturer and the retailer has left me with an expensive, non-functional product.
