The engraving is excellent and done exactly how I wanted it done
I like this locket the engraving came out perfectly it came earlier then it was said to be delivered. The only reason for the 4 stars is you can only add one picture to the inside. I will replace the chain with a thinner one is sterling sliver. The thickness and size is bigger then I thought it would be but that’s a good thing for me I lose small charms easily. It opens and closes smoothly and I have had no problems with that. Over all this locket is what I was looking for everyday wear.

You get what you pay for
Locket is pretty but the clasp on the heart itself is flimsy and misaligned, the chain is veryyy thin.

Engraved locket necklace with chain.
This locket was a gift for my five year old great niece. I put two pictures in it instead of the just one it was designed for. She received it yesterday and she absolutely loved it. I thought it was a perfect gift. Everything about it was just as advertised. The engraving made it extra special.

Beautiful idea but pointless
Because it was for my little niece who probably isn't ready for expensive investments I LOVED the price, design, and free engraving. The locket was sweet and arrived faster than I anticipated. BUT the chain broke immediately. Not even giftable. All that work and it's basically rendered useless unless you buy a chain from somewhere else.

Good price for a stunning pendant
The pendant is truly stunning and the pictures listed are very accurate to the real product. The engraving isn’t too deep so I’m not concerned about it wearing off or collecting dirt. The locket is a little hard to open with just your fingers, but with that said, I’m not concerned about it opening randomly or losing the photo. The chain isn’t of the highest quality but I ended up putting the pendant onto an older chain I have and it has quickly become my favourite necklace.

The locket is beautuful
I have updated my review. When I received the heart locket it was beautiful and perfect, but the clasp seemed weak and didn’t snap shut when i inserted my little photo. The owner made attempts to reach out to me to help fix the solution and for this reason I revised my review. Thank-you
