We do recommend, though, that you keep the container closed tightly and that you do not pour used bacon grease back into the container. I didn’t find the container acceptable at all, but I just poured it all into a mason jar with a screw top. So easy to use and the product is wonderful. I hate having to buy bacon grease but I don’t fry enough bacon to have enough grease with it being just the two of us. And you can’t make good corn bread without it. **Q: Is this bacon grease only?
