I have used inotsitol before so I am no newbie.I wanted something effective and affordable and this product delivers it.It's been a little over 2 weeks since I have been using it and I am feeling a lot less tired.Bought it for my pcos and though it's too early to say about what's it doing for my acnes ,it certainly helps in keeping me energized.Would definitely buy it again.

It's an amazing product. It's been 8 months now when I started taking it. But, the results are great. It'll not suddenly solve everything, but it's working really well for me. It's really very helpful for those who are having PCOD, acne, insulin resistance, etc. Only in a month or 2 you'll see the difference in your condition girls. Go for it, and stop taking your pills etc.

I bought the product for getting my periods regularly as i have PCOS but it didn't help much. I do feel better and calm after taking inositol though. I am using chromium picolinate from the same brand for getting my cycles regularly and it definitely has helped with my insulin resistance and PCOS.Also start fasting for even better results.Good luck.

The product should ideally be clean and represent the % of all ingredients whatsoever. I don't get the logic of adding fillers tbh. The product is sweet and that can't solely be taken as a reference of authenticity. COA is questionable and has no representation of batch size or appropriate tests done on the sample to qualify its authenticity. Most likely in cahoots with the supposed third party laboratory with fudged results edited and a questionable report in a non-standardized format uploaded.

If you have been suffering from PCOS, buy it! I have recently been diagnosed with the problem though I was hesitant to visit to a doc since a year. We feel it's normal to have late periods and painful periods. No it's not normal. I bought this a month and half ago. 16/8/2021: A white water-soluble powder, the 400gms jar will last for more than 3 months with 2gm twice a day (4g/day) dosage. For 900 bucks (give or take a few) that's quite a good quantity. I used to be on Ovahope last year for 7 months but it is costlier although with other synergistic compounds. Starting this now as I am already on a multivitamin. Will update after 2-3 months of usage.One suggestion to the manufacturer: please provide a spoon with longer handle and a different colour other than white. The spoon given in the jar is transparent and tiny-handled. It can't be seen quickly and sometimes I have to dig through the content to find it. That is unhygienic as it has to last for 3 months. This is really important.
