Oral-B Pro 1000 CrossAction Electric Toothbrush, Green

This electric toothbrush gets my teeth feeling super clean, way better than a regular brush. Easy to use, charges well, and I love how smooth my teeth feel after each use.

I have the Oral-B Pro 1000 CrossAction Electric Toothbrush in green, and my kids really like using it. They find it fun and easy to handle, which makes brushing less of a chore and more of a routine they actually enjoy. One of the things I’ve noticed is that the charge lasts a surprisingly long time. We don’t have to worry about it running out of battery frequently, which is really convenient, especially with kids who sometimes forget to put things back on the charger. In terms of cleaning, this toothbrush works much better than a manual toothbrush. I can tell a noticeable difference in how clean their teeth look afterward — the CrossAction bristles reach places that are hard to get with a regular brush, like along the gumline and between teeth. My kids’ dentist has even commented that their teeth and gums look healthier since we started using this toothbrush. The design is simple and comfortable to hold, even for smaller hands, and the green color makes it fun for them to pick out their brush. It’s easy to swap the brush heads when needed, and they seem to last a long time too. Overall, it’s made brushing easier, more effective, and more enjoyable for my kids, and I feel confident knowing their teeth are getting a thorough clean every time. I would definitely recommend this electric toothbrush to anyone looking for a reliable, kid-friendly option that really works.

Gets the job done. Big upgrade from the cheaper Oral B electric models (can tell better made and feels a lot better on my teeth/gums) but doesn't have all the bells and whistles (like bluetooth??) I don't need or want in a toothbrush. It does have a timer and a sensor to let you know if pressing too hard, both of which are useful. Purchased 2, the black one, and the light green (or is it blue?) one.

We bought two of these brushes in March of 2024. The oral hygienist praised the lack of plaque on our teeth on our next bi-yearly visit to the dentist. We normally brush twice a day, sometimes more if required by our food choices. We are very pleased with with our toothbrushes with one exception: they need to be recharged after three to four days (max) of use. I seem to remember them being advertised as needing recharging every 8 days or so. When the red charge indicator flashes it takes at least 16 hours to completely charge them. It has been this way from their first use. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Due to their long recharge period, when we travel we need to carry the chargers and a short multi-head extension cord. One last note- stay away from knock-off brush heads. We tried two different brands and threw them away due to them pinching our lips during use.

I love this tooth brush. The small brush head makes it easier to get the teeth in the back of your mouth.

I bought one of these two years ago and recently placed an order for the same toothbrush again. It works well and usage is intuitive, NOT confusingly computerized! I love the small round brush head because it fits behind my front teeth and between teeth. Please never change this design, Oral B! My dentist could tell I was using an electric toothbrush because, after skipping checkups since before Covid, I had zero cavities. I am nearly 70 and the relief of not having to worry about dental health is a major win!

I bought knock offs for my kids to save money. Well they both broke with in a month or two ( of course after the return date) and I ended up getting these anyway so.... This is a low frills version but it does everything you need it to. It has the 30 second timers and several settings. I can at least use the heads from the knock offs with this so that is something. It it seems to provide a better clean than hand brushing and the timers help. believe the hype and don't look back.

After my expensive ultrasonic brush bit the big one inexplicably, I went in search of something comparable that didn’t break the bank. This is loud (like it is not quite right) and takes forever to charge. The charging light blinks for at least 12 hours after a single use. Took 24 hours to charge it out of the box. The spin doesn’t seem right to me, either—I kept thinking maybe I hadn’t installed the head correctly, tried different ones with no improvement in function. It does get teeth a little cleaner than a regular tooth-brush, but extremely disappointed. Does not clean as well as ultrasonic, so will be going back to one of those. Don’t know if I received a dud or if it is truly that poor of a design, or perhaps even a counterfeit. I should have returned it, but missed the return window because I was busy. Surprised Oral-B would make such junk as they are an established brand. Save your money and go ultrasonic and find something with good reviews and battery life. I also bought extra brush heads and can’t do anything with those, as this thing and the brush heads are now going straight into the trash. I haven’t been using it recently, because it is that bad. Just went to dentist for regular cleaning and she said I had a bit more plaque than usual. So now motivated to get a better electric brush to get back to more thorough cleanings. Save your money and go ultrasonic.
