Really love my waist trainer and I'm so happy I bought this. I find this very effective and am meeting my goals to an hour glass shape. I purchased a medium knowing full well that it would be snug. After 3-4 weeks it now fits comfortably around my waist. About waist trainers if this is your first one... 1. Be patient. On your first day, you don't want to use cinch your waist real tight. When I did it, it gave me an awkward and disproportionate shape. I still get a good sweat when I wrap it around me with a "comfortable" or "barely there" stretch. I did also start to see an hour glass shape to my figure even without the trainer after a couple weeks, but it took some time. So from me to you, there is no need to be uncomfortable or give yourself a disproportionate look. Just stretch it to where your comfortable. Rome wasn't built in a day. 2. Not only is the waist training you, but you're also training the fabric. The fabric is thick and slightly stiff, but I'm able to wear it under my clothes. I wore it about an hour on my first day, and gradually added an extra hour per day. I'm at a point where I'm wearing my trainer for an entire day now and I'm comfortable and the fabric is no longer stiff, but shaped to my curves. Lastly, 3. The trainer also acts like a back brace, so not only do you have back support, but I've noticed that I started to walk taller. Hope my experience helps.

I’m very satisfied with this waist trainer overall. The width is just right for me—it covers from just below my chest/rib cage all the way down to my lower abdomen, which gives good overall coverage and support. It’s also very convenient to put on and take off. The main Velcro closure is easy to adjust, and the two additional smaller straps on the outside are strong and allow me to tighten it further when I want more compression. Overall, it feels secure, comfortable to use, and matches the description and photos on the product page very well. I’m happy with my purchase.

It is a pretty good waist trainer. It is adjustable and fits well. I have not washed it. I am mostly pleased by the pain relief properties and I am researching something more focused towards a proper medical grade lumbar support. It does not have any clasps. It has two Velcro cinchers so that makes it easy to adjust.

It's very comfortable and practical. The Velcro straps provide extra compression and prevent the belt from opening during exercise. It offers back support, and best of all, the material doesn't irritate the skin.

Extremely well made and comfortable. Good for back support for anyone with back pain or scoliosis. It is long enough that it doesn’t slide like other back braces do. Excellent for doing squats in gym if you want to keep back straight and supported. Older family member bought this and she uses it for back support for gym and helping with back stabilization from osteoporosis. Highly recommend.

I received my waist belt a couple of days ago. For reference, I am about 5’1” and around 150lbs. Based on the provided measurements online, I ordered a medium. I’ve never used a waist trainer/belt before so I have nothing to compare it with. I have a short torso so I was a little apprehensive but when tried it on it was pretty comfortable and true to size. Took a few tries to get it on the way I want to. Been using it for a couple of days and it feels good. My husband said it looks good and it holds well under clothes. I am able to sit on the floor with no issues. The material feels it’s of good quality and the velcro sticks really well. Overall, it’s worth it and I’m satisfied.

The product is very good quality for the price. Helps to keep a great posture during your workouts and very comfortable to wear, barely even notice I have it on.

This waist trainer is very good. It holds you well. The support wires are very strong. Paired with the heat cream, it makes you sweat. To how well it holds you it helps with your posture as well.
