Purchased this ballast but no directions came with it. Where do I find instructions to install?

Turn off power. Cut the existing wires near the old ballast. Remove screw from end of old ballast and slide it out of the mounting slot. orient the new ballast for the most convenient wire routing. slide one end of new ballast into slot and replace screw in other end. strip about 34/4 inch of insulation from the end of each wire. Match wire colors on ballast with colors on fixture and use (yellow) wire nuts to attach wires. Note there will be two wires of each color it doesn't matter which fixture wire is connected to which ballast wire as long as red wires are connected to red wires, yellow to yellow. Etc.

Will this replace my old ballast with the same product number except it ends with /cnb instead of /sl (upc code 9094900546)?

Will this unit work as a replacement for the kteb-432ris-1-tp/e? I can find no info in the model ending in /e. Im not sure whar the difference is.

The specs are exactly the same. Not sure what the E stands for either.
