Metamucil this is a great value for the money for people who take ozympic and you get a little constipated this is an absolute mess within a day or so you will feel very much cleansed out a mixability it gets kind of clumpy but I find that if you take a fork and just keep stirring it around the clumps go away side effects not so much just when you have to go you got to go this is very easy to use just follow us directed

This was a good buy. I was hoping to find the sugar free version to take. And Amazon had it! Good taste. Texture ok. Very Effective! No pills. No odor. Consistency is good. I use this in my favorite type of water that I now keep in the fridge. And it works! My doctor wanted me to take this to change the consistency of bowel movements. And it does the job very well. Highly recommend!

Saw this on a YouTube video for reducing appetite/curbing snack cravings and wow! I’m on day 2 and this will always be in my pantry. After 30 min of drinking this I feel sooo full. No appetite for 4 hours like I ate a huge meal. The flavor is also good. No cramps or gas and the fiber content isn’t crazy so I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. If you’re trying to lose weight this may help. Haven’t thought about snacking all day. Give it a try

I’ve been using Metamucil and it definitely helps with constipation and keeps things moving regularly. The only downside for me is that it can cause some bloating, especially when I first started taking it. As long as I stay hydrated and take it consistently, it works really well. Taste: While the product doesn’t taste bad, preparing it as directed results in a very mild orange flavor. -as a drink I would prefer more flavor. Texture: The psyllium husk absorbs water extremely quickly—even in cold or room-temp water—which is just the nature of the ingredient itself. Because it starts to gel so fast, you have to chug it, and even then it can be difficult to get down. (I personally gag at it, but I have sensory issues) If the gel like texture is an issue for you, I found it more palatable mixed into food with water on the side. Texture aside, the product itself is highly effective. Mixability: It doesn’t always mix smoothly and tends to clump. Again nature of the ingredient not the brand. The powder is very fine and non-gritty perfect for other mixings. Side effects: I had uncomfortable bloating the first time (2 scoops/ full glass), I recommend starting with (1 scoop or less/full glass) Dont rush it. Increase it from there as you grow tolerance. You may feel very full. - it helped me eat less!

In conclusion: If your plumbing is more “backed-up beaver dam” than “free-flowing river,” Metamucil is your trusty beaver removal crew. Five stars. Highly recommend. Drink it fast though — it gels up faster than a Reform candidate at a family reunion when politics come up.
