Very beautiful and informative. It is sagreat book for those who like innovative ideas in house building. The photography is informative and artistic. It does try to cover a lot of ground by showing both large and small houses. The projects are all full of good ideas.

If you buy only 1 book about tiny houses buy this one. I bought several and this is by far the best one. Best photos, best floor plans. Just a really great layout and design of the book.

Nice book, nice presentation, but lack of more information about the houses... it's too superficial and personally from the tittle I was expecting more information about the construction.

Some beautiful photos and interesting ideas, but again almost no written details. Will use for inspiration for design, but will have to refer to technical books for any real information on the how and why the passive/active techniques work.

Basically this is a picture book, but a very good picture book. I enjoyed flipping through it several times for ideas. Wish there were just a little more information on some homes though. I did a few internet searches looking for more information on some houses I found interesting, there was not much available online.

This is another really good resource book for ideas when one is seeking to build eco-sensibly and sustainably, providing a large range of examples in many different settings within which one will be able to discover settings to match any project in the planning stages. Highly recommended.

I purchased this book as a gift for my folks as they are currently in the process of designing their house. They've taken a couple ideas from this book and its helping move the process along by providing many different examples and layouts of what they would want but don't know how to go about implementing them.

This book has many great images in a relatively compact size. The floor plans are easily understood even by a novice like me. I wish there had been just a littl emore background on materials and the architects but it was not meant to be a technical guide. Anyway, it is a superb choice for those looking for ideas who wanna show their architect/contractors.

Just nice photo's and ideas for Eco building but no technical input, I do not think this book is about that , just an idea what other people with a little vision are doing.
