I have no idea, I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter, and it was not creepy. Just looks like a unicorn horn, and she loves these.

No leaf. They're hiding the eyes of the unicorn. Super weird of a seller to do but I bought this and my daughter loves it as much as I do! It is very cute!
