I used this back in 2010 and im still using this brand now in 2026 i recommend this one because its easy to use and lasts a while without spending an arm and a leg for something you wont use very long. Its cold when you put it on which does help when your ears are slightly hot from a new piercing. Its really wet and will drip so if you have makeup on you dont want getting messed up be prepared with a rag to wipe the drip. Doesnt sting or smell or irritate your skin. Definitely helps keep your piercings clean while healing. It does spray rather quickly it can come by as a surprise at first but thats normal youll get used to it.

I bought this after getting a new nose piercing and wanted something gentle to clean daily without stinging. Love this product. It’s a little pricey, in my opinion, but has really helped heal my new piercings. No irritation, very effective- yet gentle. Very easy to use. You can spray it on a Q-tip, or spray it directly in hard to reach places like the upper part of my daith piercing. I’ve already purchased again.

Let me start by saying I’ve been using H2Ocean Piercing Aftercare Spray since 2018, and I will absolutely keep buying it until they stop making it or I run out of places to put holes in my body, whichever comes first. I’ve tried other aftercare products over the years (yes, even the trendy TikTok DIY salt sprays, and no, I will not be taking questions and also owwwww), and nothing works as fast, cleanly, or reliably as this little can of ocean mist and magic. It’s sterile, easy to use, doesn’t sting, and doesn’t leave behind that crusty dried-salt feeling. It’s basically a gentle saltwater rinse that comes out in a perfect fine mist with no drips, no leaks, no overly enthusiastic pressure that sends you flying. Whether I’ve just gotten a new piercing or I’m trying to revive one that got cranky from too much side-sleeping or sweaty summer chaos, this is my go-to. Bonus: it even survived a bottle roll-off-the-counter mischievous kitty incident with no leaks or dents, which is more than I can say for most of my belongings. The can’s a great size for travel or bedside stashing, and it somehow lasts longer than I expect every time. I do wish it was still the price I paid back in 2018 (don’t we all), but honestly? It’s worth every penny for peace of mind and peace of piercing. Highly recommend to anyone with skin that piercers have poked holes in. Especially if you’re the kind of person who wakes up with a cat on your face and a mysteriously inflamed helix. This stuff works.

Loved it! Multiple cans, easy to use and washes piercings extremely well. Helps healing, skin irritation, and keeping everything clean from dirt, skin, blood, or crusties. Using 2x/day for a week, Longevity of the 4OZ Bottle size is about a week but that's for multiple piercings. Fragrance free, good and safe ingredients with no irritants.

Other than me not liking sprays, I love this product. The liquid I got from the tattoo shop was not working. My tragus was hurting, swollen and I started to get a bump on the inside. I found this and the reviews were great! I put it on multiple times throughout the day when I got it and the swelling instantly went down, it stopped hurting and it last long where I don’t have to use it as often as the one they gave me and it wasn’t even working. Also the one they gave me had no saline. The other thing I noticed with using this it dries out the area. I make sure I keep it moisturized after every use. Overall it’s still a good product!

It has helped calm down my cartilage piercings. They are on the struggle bus for a variety of reasons and my piercer recommended this. It helps a lot. I use it between flares as well. I had a triple forward helix and a regular helix. All four in the last six months. My hair is naturally curly and first the products in my hair, like the leave in conditioner, are naturally touching the piercings, especially when I wash my hair, and bc my curls naturally curl toward my face, hairs get caught in them.

i rarely leave any reviews but this SAVEDDD my dermal ! i’m not sure what happened but after a few days my dermal started hurting and soon started swelling up and had pus coming out. i was trying saline solution, that little yellow keloid bottle that is also sold on amazon, NOTHING! i did not want to remove my dermal i was terrified it would reject. I bought this in hopes it’ll save my dermal and omg did it work. i was consistent with it for the first week, did it once a day sometimes 2-3 like the bottle says and in just a week, she was almost fully healed! it sprays very well and aims perfectly at where u need it to. honestly i didn’t have high hopes in saving my dermal lol but im glad i bought this.

Works great for keeping new piercing clean.

Dieses Piercingspray ist echt das beste, was ich je genutzt habe! Die Kombination von Meersalz und Lysozym (ein entzündungshemmendes Enzym, welches für Heilungsprozesse im Körper mitverantwortlich ist und das Immunsystem stärkt) ist einmalig! Es klebt nicht, brennt nicht, lässt sich gut sparsam anwenden und wirkt super schnell! Egal, ob direkt nach dem Stechen oder später bei Reizungen oder einfach zum Reinigen zwischendurch. Ich hatte mit zwei Piercings wirklich lange "zu tun", sie waren dauerhaft gereizt und taten entsprechend weh, kein Spray hat daran etwas geändert. Habe dann 1,5 Wochen lang H2Ocean 2x täglich benutzt - und seit dem nie wieder Probleme mit den Piercings gehabt! :)) Also ich benutze kein anderes Spray mehr. :)

Would buy it again if I got a piercing or even just for cleaning my piercings regularly
