What comes with this package?

I haven't had mine out for a few months but I do know that when I got it I was very pleased with the quality. The accessories were all good and just what you would need to cook anything you want. I did buy an additional thermometor because I wasn't sure if it came with one but it does. A pretty complete package in my opinion. If your buying a burner to go with it I would suggest you get one that sits lower to the ground.

What is the biggest (lbs) turkey you can safely cook in this (32 qt)?

10 to 12lb turkeys just plain cook better in a deep fryer. If you want 20lbs, cook two birds (separately).

Has anyone used this for tamales?

Yes this has worked great cooks tamales fast no pin holes cooked quite a bit of them.
