Well, where do I begin with this rope!I like to incorporate skipping into my workouts, and have done for approx 2 years now. Since the start of my skipping career I have bought and used 4/5 skipping ropes, and out of all of them this is the best one by far! And I’ll tell you for why:1. The product comes with two cables, a ‘power’ cable and a ‘speed’ cable. Both of these cables do exactly what they say and each offer a different/great workout, they are also very easy to change over at any given time.2. The handles are easy/comfortable to hold and the rotation mechanise within is smooth and robust.3. The product as a whole is robust, well made and a pleasure to use.4. The customer service provided by the seller is second to non! When contacting said seller and querying an issue, the seller was quick to respond and more than happy to help.All in all a great product, and It truly deserves 5 stars.

First impressions were to be highly impressed when this arrived, nicely packaged and lots of spare connectors should they be needed. This came with two ropes so perfect for variation in training. Really easy to assemble and I loved the fact that there is loads of cable which can easily be adjusted to a shorter length if needed. At 6ft tall this has been an issue for me in the past but not with this set.The non slip handles are nice and weighty but also doing get sticky when you have worked up a sweat.Wish I had this sooner when I was developing my skipping technique.

Firstly the only Reason it lost a star is that occasionally the rope falls out of the handle, this has never happened when in use but either before or after so more of an annoyance than anything else.BUT that said the way the rope is attached is so easy and quick to fit and change that's it's not that big of a deal.One of the things I really like about it is my wife and daughter can both use the same rope even though there is quite a few inches difference between them both in height by "storing" some of the rope in the handles so it can be lengthened for my wife and shortened for my daughter, at a guess I can lengthen and reduce the length by up to a foot. Additionally you get a free rope so when this arrives everyone can have there own as it comes with 2 ropes, a speed one and a heavier one. The skipping rope performs well in general, I'm no expert to skipping by any means but it's comfy to use and does what it says on the tin. Just wear some shoes, it hurts when it hits bear feet.

After ordering it at 7PM, it arrived on the next day! Also it came in a fancy box, so when you are not using it it would be quite useful to store it properly.It comes with 2 cables, one for power & speed and the other for maximum speed. Both with spare adjuster clips! The handle itself is high quality material when you are holding this jump rope, you immediately get in the mood. Also, it comes with a small leaflet showing how to adjust the cable length if you can't sort it out yourself. One final bonus is, they give free training videos on learning how to jump rope like a pro.Basically, this is all you could ask for a jump rope, it is a complete set for you!

These are good quality ropes. They came with two different rope thicknesses which is great. The thinner rope is great for double-under’s.

This comes in a lovely presentation box with clear simple instructions of how to get it to the right length for you. I watched some of the videos and sniggered at the idea I would ever be able to do more than a basic skip, but actually the videos are really useful and with a bit of perseverance I’ve been able to really up my game. Love it and glad I bought it.

This skipping rope comes with handles which need to be attached, allowing you to adjust the length. This makes sense from a manufacturing point of view, as you do not need to produce different sizes, which may not sell in equal volumes. The problem is that every time (and I mean literally every time) I use it, the handles come off and need to be reattached. If you do a lot of skipping, or want to use them for something like circuit training with multiple users, you will probably end up re-attaching the handles several times in one work out. I have found this to be so disruptive, I rapidly stopped using them.So I cannot really recommend them at all.

Comfortable, heavy, soft handles, easy to turn, I am definitely going to use it in my everyday workout routine!

This is a great rope. I like that it has the option of a weight rope (around 1 lb) or a speed rope. I also purchased a PVC mat to jump rope on. The rope turns smoothly thanks to the ball bearings in the handles and it takes very little effort to turn. I am able to get a great workout with this item in a minimal amount of time. I have not used the rope too much yet but durability seems good. That said, this will be affected by what surface you are jumping on. Concrete will wear out any rope eventually. I have only used this on a jump mat and it still looks brand new. I wanted to get this as an alternative to running in the winter and it should suit that purpose well. Highly recommended.

I love jump ropes. I keep at least one at work and one at home. This is a comparison of 2 of Epitomie’s ropes. This rope, the Ballistyx, is the black rope in the pic with the mostly black handles. The red one is their Sonic Boom 2.Both accommodate my 6’ height with probably 6” to spare. Both are adjustable, but the Sonic Boom 2 (SB2) is quicker to adjust. The Ballistyx (B) has a thicker plastic rope, the SB2 is a thinner plastic coated rope over a metal core. I feel I get a touch more speed out of the SB2, but can easily double under with both. I personally prefer the heft of the the B.Both handles are long and easily fit my large hands length-wise. However, the SB2 has a much smaller diameter and feels too small to me - sort of the diameter of old school plastic beaded jump ropes. The B is larger, but not too big - perhaps slightly smaller than some of the foam handled ones on the market. I think the B is a perfect fit. Both have a great silky feel and hold up well to sweat. Neither handles are weighted, but both have a solid, durable feel to them.Overall the SB2 is lighter, slightly quicker, and smaller handled. Personally, I prefer the Ballistyx with its slightly larger handles and thicker rope. Both are great speed ropes that are solidly built. I like them both and you can’t go wrong with either.

Excellent! I'm super picky buying a new rope (I like to try fast and double unders etc) and this stood out. Steel rope and well priced. I've used it a while and it's perfect, I'm super pleased. I expected to end up paying a good amount more. I didn't realise it came with a power rope and a super speeding rope so that was a nice surprise. I'd have possibly paid more for that upgrade option if it wasn't already included. An excellent purist rope and unless you want jump counters and all that I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with it.

Feels very fluid if you set it up right. You have to set the length and use wire cutters to cut the rope or it wont rotate in the handles smoothly.
