Mehano - Groovy Chick Typewriter

This item arrives nicely presented in its own box, but once you take it out the box you realise how cheap and nasty it feels, you have to hit the keys hard to print anything on the paper and the ribbon breaks really easy - though it did have a spare ribbon in the box.One to avoid

am disappointed with this, its not very easy to use, you have to really punch the keys. it also has no capital letter which is no good for letter writing. my 6year old daughter has hardly touched it in the last 6 months (bought last xmas).

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter and thought she would really enjoy playing with this. I was really disappointed with it when it arrived. it's feels very light and not very durable. when typing, you have to press the keys really hard in order to print the letter. If you go too quickly, they jam all together. I was diappointed and in hindsight should have gone for the electric one.

Xmas present for grand-daughter and she will love it plus she will now have to learn to spell without an automatic spell checker, and the delivery on this was great, thank you

Absolute waist of money,rubbish quality and the type tape gets tangled easily ,then it just lasts for about 1 or 2 piceses of paperI would have been better buying my grandchildren colouring books and pensils for what this is worth.Unfortunatly I bought 2,big mistake.Hugh RIP OFF

the ribbon breaks for no reason and is a complete pain which is a pity because my daughter loves it and I have to fix it all the time.get a real typewriter is my advice.

Awful looks great but that’s were it ends ink on ribbons dried up and when trying to use it snapped spare ribbon exactly the same since first use it was hard to type had to hit keys very hard no use to a child now in the bin
