I have been using these over a year now. Highly recommended, freezes quickly and lasts long time and keeps the medication at the desired temperatures. Even used during a 14hr flight and it held true.

I was going traveling for a few weeks and needed something to keep my medication cold until I got to where I was going. It was able to not only hold the medicine but the rest of the items I needed to bring with me. Was easy for security to check at the airport as the ice packs just slid in and could slide out to be tested. Very robust and was a great value

So this is for the four gel pack. I do international travel mainly to the States, but occasionally New Zealand. Both significantly longer than the material packs would keep things cold. Yes there are insulated ones that can do up to 72 hours, but they can hold 1 or at most 2 of the mid sized pens. So I decided to try and see if I could come up with a better solution. Unfortunately, most of the insulated drinks bottles have a 55mm opening that is too narrow for these packs. Even the larger ones. Most food insulated flasks are too short. I was looking for something that advertised at least 24 hours to keep something cold and I then came across a couple of 2l ones that had 68mm openings. Took a punt on the Trebo one in the picture as it was on offer. Then ran an experiment to see how long it remained cold. Put the four packs in the flask with a fridge thermometer wrapped in a cloth. 24 hours and gel packs still frozen and thermometer showing fridge temperature. 48 hours and the gel packs were still partially frozen and thermometer still showing fridge temperature. I stopped at that point. With all four gel packs in, you can probably get 5 medium pens lightly wrapped to stop them freezing. If you need more, then perhaps 3 gel packs and I expect it would keep cold to 48 hours but suggest you test it. The bottle is large, but being a medical item, airlines generally have no issues with medicine or medical equipment. No, it is not TSA approved. Not sure how security would take it, hence the labels. The blue label a couple of quid from Amazon and the other one asking not to open was a label I had made for about 3 pounds. What I now know is I have something that should comfortable keep my medicines cold while traveling across the world. Good luck.

Bought for granddaughter for travelling. It’s perfect! Good quality and has a place for everything inside including ice packs. Love it!

Fitted well into original cool case. - small size but hold their “chill factor “ foa goo few hours and are very effective.

So I bought this very last minute before going abroad on holiday, as I had lost an old one. It arrived on time and is very simple to use. This is a must have for any diabetic traveling abroad. I managed to fit 2 weeks worth of insulin (2 different types of insulin as well), needs and spare insulin and needles 'just in case'. It was light weight, fit everything in without any problems and most importantly kept my insulin cool for the entire journey from home in the UK to arriving at the hotel abroad.
