Just heat butter, add LOTS of garlic, green peppers and onions. For those who do not know, you can freeze what you do not eat with the juice. Delicious!

We divided the package into four batches. 3 went into shells, 1 into mushroom caps.All four had garlic butter variations (experiments). All were good. Lots of fun!

would not buy again

Snails are not for everyone, but for lovers of escargot, this is the real deal. They are delicious. I was also impressed by the size. They are quite plump.
