Truly the easiest and most effective way to exfoliate the body. I am a chronic year-round self-tanner and have tried everything from loofah to sugar scrubs. This mitt removes dead skin in a stroke. I use it dry, on a dry body, before showering, and also wet with body wash. It is a lightweight mesh-type fabric that makes it easy to get in between the toes and other places difficult to access like ankles and knees. I bought the Bondi Sands applicator mitt off amazon as well and it came with a little clip and bungee cord that I could attach to the wand to keep it in place because Without the bungee cord the mitt moved around on the wand a bit which made it a little difficult to apply the tanner. I have a skin condition which makes my skin cells build up and not slough off like they should. It is itchy and drives me crazy. Dermatologists appointments haven't made any improvement. In fact, it is even worse. So, I bought this to exfoliate in the shower. Afterwards, have been applying PurSources Urea Cream and am noticing the first improvement in years. I have no idea what they make this mitt from, but it is invigorating and effective.
