Great for a tea lover!

I got last year's version for Christmas last year so I cracked it open for this year. My holiday timeline is a little different so I've already started for this year and I'm just so pleased. The packaging for this is so well done. The outer box is wonderful, opens like a book, and has a magnetic flap. I keep it on my desk in an upright position to help me remember it each date and it's very attractive and stands up beautifully. The teas come in individual plastic wrap for freshness, which I appreciate since I waited a year, and then each of those is inside a small box. The boxes each have their own compartment in the outer packaging so when you pull out day 20 you aren't going to have to play sliding games to get it back in. You won't have all the boxes popping out. It is beautifully designed. Each box is so detailed too. It has the day number front facing with some decorative festive images. When you pull the box out, the top has the name of the tea, one side has brewing instructions, one side has ingredients (and therefore the flavor profile), and one side has pare of the final image (if you choose to put them back in with that side facing out.). So far I've really enjoyed the teas. They are detailed and well balanced and just lovely. My one gripe is that the brewing instructions appear to be the same on every box whether it's a black, green, white, or herbal. So I'm using my own judgement on temperature and brew time. I would absolutely get this again next year. Maybe I'll request it on my wish list again this year so I have it ready to go.

The item arrived on time and is packaged nicely, but none of the teas so far (I’ve tried them all up to day 3) have any flavor! I have not lost my sense of smell or taste (this problem isn’t happening with any other tea, food, etc) and the item isn’t expired (it is labeled as “best by 03/07/2024”. The teas are bland and flavorless. I unfortunately feel that I wasted not only the price of the item but the significant shipping cost as well. Very disappointing.

The tea is terrible and flavorless, I’m going to throw the whole box away because I’m not looking forward to ANY of the flavors because they all taste like nothing. Even the peppermint. Each of the tea bags are loose in the box, so there is absolutely no essence to them except for cardboard. Do yourself a favor and buy a different, better box of tea somewhere else.

Guter Mix und gute Qualität.

Tea came in an opened package with no protective wrapping. I feel like someone was gifted this, opened it and tried to resell it. I bought it as a gift for someone and can’t give it to them. Now I am left $50+ out of pocket for some loose tea bags that I don’t trust to drink. Awful.

Ganz süße Aufmachung und sehr sorgfältig kuratierter Inhalt. Sehr schöne Auswahl an Tees. Habe den Kalender verschenkt und er ist wirklich gut angekommen.

For the price this is one of the best advent calendars you can buy. The tea is of top quality and the presentation is of the highest quality. It really does feel like a special occasion every time you open a window.
