This supplement contains gymnema which is said to help reduce the appeal of sugar by altering your perception of sweet flavors. In addition this has chromium which helps lower your blood sugar. In fact, there are a few ingredients here that are all helpful in some way or another.This bottle contains medium sized tablets that you can take with each meal. (A serving is 3 tabs a day.) When I opened the bottle there was a pretty potent scent of vinegar. In general I would be sure to take with food because, at least in my case, they verge on making me a bit jittery. I have found that just one a day is optimal for me. Ultimately I think they’re effective and could be helpful for weight management. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Worked but left me Bloated & Gassy *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2021* Still not 100% on these... they really have helped with suppressing my appetite but for some reason they have left me really bloated and gassy, which is something I am definitely not a fan of. They are also very hard to swallow and start to dissolve as soon as you put them in your mouth. I highly suggest a full cup of water when taking these as the vinegar content is quite strong and very noticeable when opening up the jar to dispense. It is a large tablet so those with pharmacophobia will most certainly not be able to take these.
