FITRELL 3 Pairs Compression Socks for Women and Men 20-30mmHg-Circulation Support Socks

Never been a fan of “knee socks” of any kind and never wore compression socks. But these were so comfortable I forgot about them while I was wearing them. The fit was secure but the compression is not too tight. The top was smooth and didn’t cut into my calf or slip down. The fabric is soft no bunching around seams. They look like sport socks but are not as thick but they worked fine with sneakers. I wore them on a 8 hour flight and kept them on all day. I wore another pair the next day and again when I flew back. No swollen ankles or feet and no leg or calf aches. After a long haul flight last year my ankles and feet were painful and swollen for days. No problems this time. These socks are a game changer.

I’ve tried several other brands in this price range but these are by far the best! Very comfortable compression that is appropriately graduated in strength. This is my second purchase so I have some for every day of the week! And they look as good as any high end sock costing 3 times more. The material is soft and more cotton-like than the other brands I tried. They all felt like hard nylon. I’m tall and found I can easily pull these up to my knees. A great compression sock at a great price!

Update to my original 3 star review: I received a note from this vendor's rep, referencing my original review, offering a full refund. However, I'm using their product, so a refund isn't appropriate (I'm not looking for something for free). The socks are tighter and don't rise quite as high as the other brand. They are adequate, thus the 3 start review. However, I'm bumping the rating up to 4-star, as these folks stand behind their product. That's certainly worth an extra "star". Original review: Advertising says "women or men". Believe the "women" part. I'm a male with size 12 feet, bought x-large. Compared to another brand I previously purchased, these are VERY tight, more than advertised, and are smaller/shorter overall. My edema around my feet, ankles, and shims has been helped with this type of sock. However, I've also been hitting the weights for six months, and my calves have responded. These socks (circumference) barely fit up my leg, they are just that tight. I wouldn't buy these again.

I haven't worn yet but they do seem to be a good fit. I like the texture. Not to thick or thin. I am a size 8 shoe and could be alittle shorter in the toe

I wear these every day. By far the best compression socks I have worn. Not as hard to put on as some of the thicker medical versions. Fit over the calf and I have a 34 inseam.

I got these for my mom because she deals with circulation issues and her feet/legs can swell randomly. Sometimes she wakes up with swelling, sometimes it happens while walking. We assume it is because she has sickle cell (and that affects her blood circulation). For reference, she wears a women’s size 9–10 in shoes, and she has thicker calves, so we ordered the Large/XL size. They fit her really well. She says they feel great, they give her good support, and she can actually feel a difference when wearing them. She has been wearing them all day since we received them early this morning, and it is nighttime now as I’m writing this review. They have not rolled down, and they have been comfortable enough for her to keep them on for hours. She even wore them while taking a nap because she liked the support so much. I also love that they are not ugly! They look cute, so she can wear them at home or when going out and still feel put together. So, if you’re looking for comfortable compression support for circulation concerns, swelling, or everyday leg support, these are a great option. My mom loves them!

Fit well and work wonders. I have never used compression socks before but so glad I tried them to help with persistent ankle swelling during the day. Very well made! I’m going to purchase another set to have extra on hand.

I’ve been using the FITRELL compression socks mainly for managing POTS symptoms, and they’ve honestly made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day. The 20–30 mmHg compression level is strong enough to provide real support without feeling overly restrictive once you get them on. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is improved circulation and less lightheadedness when I’m standing or moving around. On days when I wear them consistently, my legs feel less heavy and I don’t get that same “blood pooling” feeling as quickly. They’ve been especially helpful for longer days on my feet or when I’m out and about. Comfort-wise, they’re actually better than I expected for a higher compression sock. They’re snug, but once they’re on, they’re breathable and don’t feel overly hot or tight. The material has a good stretch to it, and they hold up well throughout the day without slipping down. I also like that it comes as a 3-pack, so it’s easy to rotate pairs and always have a clean set ready. They’ve held up well after multiple washes without losing much elasticity. The only downside is putting them on — like most 20–30 mmHg socks, they take a bit of effort, especially in the morning. But that’s pretty normal for this level of compression. Overall, the FITRELL compression socks are a solid, affordable option for circulation support, and they’ve been genuinely helpful for managing POTS symptoms and improving comfort during the day.
