It is an easy read and all of the content was so powerful! I am definitely re-reading this book as many times as possible.

I have read many books on spiritual fasting in the 40+ years that I've served Christ. But none have so simply laid out the WHY of fasting. Most books deal with the results, the goal of the fast. I suppose that's a form of "why," but the results the other books deal with are limited to answers to prayer. That's all good. But this author delves into why God expects us to fast, the changes it makes in the fasting Christian. Not until now did I appreciate God's wisdom in calling to us to fast regularly. I absolutely love this book and am purchasing several as Christmas gifts. It will always be in my library. It's that life changing.

Pound for pound one of the most powerful and life-changing books you are ever going to read!!! It's only 84 pages but each word was divinely inspired.

it explains the spiritual reasons for fasting really well, it is fast to read, I read it twice now to really get it, the prayers in the book are also really good, it's one of the easiest ways to understand prayer and fasting, I highly recommend it

This book shows you how and why we should fast. It also shows us how to get the most from our fasts in detail. It's interesting and a great how to book on breakthrough fasting, thus accessing the power of God. He's an excellent author/writer.
