Will this work if I put disposable hand towels in it? No box, just hand towels.

I've been looking for the same thing. Did you try it with the pop up hand towels? Did it work? The dimensions seem right, just wondering about the slit on top

Could I repaint this?? Thank you

It is wood, so yes. It’s stained.

Is the bottom ege rolled or sharp? I'm wondering if it will scratch where it is sitting?

Not sharp, edge rolled like. Possibly could scratch wood.
