Good but could be better
I bought this to help me keep track of my water intake because I have to drink at least a gallon of water a day and it looked convenient to carry into the gym.PROS: 1. Pretty light weight and the insulation is great! I had it in the sauna with me for 30 mins and the water stayed cool the whole time and it was barely refrigerated before i put it in "The Jug".2. Comes with 2 ice packs, I didn't even use them that day in the sauna.CONS: 1. Make sure you have the right shape gallon bottle otherwise it wont fit, may seem obvious which one but I would suggest bring it with you to the store the first time to find which one fits.2. When I put the ice packs in the pockets are too tight to put anything in them, so it renders them useless.Suggestions to improve:1. Most gallon bottles already have a handle on them so may just a window or slot for it come throw instead of the awkward 2nd handle.2. A clear side/window that has tally marks to make it easier to track your water intake.3. Maybemade out of slightly more stretchy material.OVERALL: I don't regret buying it, it comes in handy but should probably be a bit cheaper.

Great bag, terrible ice pack
Great quality bag that fits just about any type of plastic water jug from the store. I buy jugs of spring water at Walmart. I'm in sales so this is an easy way for me to take enough cold water on the road with me all day without having to stop and buy bottles all day.Reason for 3 stars is the ice pack which comes with the bag and slides inside next to the jug has already ripped after normal use of about 3 days per week for just under 2 months. Called Iso and they advised they do not offer warranty on any of their ice packs only their bags. Kind of a poor policy considering this is a essentially a $40 coozie for a water jug...They did offer a 20% coupon to order more packs which are only sold in 4 or 6 packs but cost $8 to ship. ThE same 4 pack is cheaper on Amazon so I guess I'll bite the bullet and order more packs

Works for me
So far I love this thing. However I haven't been able to fit a gallon jug in here yet, so I ordered the dairy jug and we shall see but right now I go to smith's and they sale alkaline water in a 3/4gallon which fits with no issues. Love the ice packs keeps my water cool all day. Most of the time I'll take one out and use it as a pocket for my cell or wallet.

The pockets are super convenient as well
I am 110% sold on this product!I am security forces in the military and work excessively long hours. I go through tons of reuseable jugs due to them busting from wear and tear and halfway through the day my water is always hot. With this product it protects my reuseable jugs a little longer than before buying this and my water stays cold all day long. The pockets are super convenient as well, especially at the gym carrying around my keys and phone! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone!!

Nice bag
The jug suggested is a very tight fit! No way it will fit with the ice pack. A regular gallon jug of water may fit better with their ice brick, I haven't tried it yet, but would not purchase the gallon suggested. Mines just to much of a pain to squize in and zip.

Great way to haul small equipment around the gym
I got this because my gym doesn't allow bags on the training floor, but I have lots of small pieces of equipment that I need to haul around. I can fit in a large Klean Kanteen, iPhone plus, rowing machine card, wrist straps, workout journal, pen, and towel without worrying about losing something or violating the gym policies.
