Can it be dry cleaned since people say it shrinks and bleeds when laundered?

I agree that dry cleaning chemicals would be too harsh. I have two of these dresses and one of fabric frayed and caused a hole in the arm area (it was only the third time I had worn it). I wash them on the delicate cycle in cold water and hang to dry. Also have used a warm iron. No bleeding or shrinking. When I reached out and sent photos of the damaged dress to the vendor, I got no response. Since there was no concern on their part, I won't purchase again, and advise others to be very cautious.
