Waist Trimmer Belt - Weight Loss Wrap - Stomach Fat Burner - Low Back and Lumbar Support with Sauna Suit Effect - Best Abdominal Trainer

I bought the waist trimmer belt for three reasons. I carry a bulk of my weight in the middle around my waist, so I wanted something that would give me a slimmer middle in my clothes. Also, since my core isn’t very strong, I wanted something to provide some support while working out at the gym and at home. This waist trimmer belt claims to do both of those things while promoting weight loss.I have had the belt for about 2 weeks and wear it regularly while working out and sometimes because it’s pretty comfy and I forget it’s on, around the house as well.Pros:I do sweat – a LOT – under this belt. It is a little sauna you wear around your waist.It is very comfortable, and I do forget I’m wearing it.It does provide good support, which is another reason I find myself wearing it even if I’m not working out.It does slim my middle and mask the “rolls”.It is easy to put on, and take off, and easily adjustable. It is snug but not tight or uncomfortable.Cons:I wish it were a little wider. Not much. Maybe 2 inches more.It slightly shows under my shirts, especially the more clingy or lighter weight ones.All of the sweating underneath did make me break out a little bit.All in all, it’s a great belt for a great price. It does what it claims as far as support and slimming my profile. I have lost a little weight around my middle but I’ve also been dieting for months and losing regularly. I honestly couldn’t tell if the weight loss was increased by wearing the belt for only two weeks. Most of the other reviews I've read have been both helpful and accurate for the traditional use of this belt, but I also wanted to help those folks asking about other uses for this product, as my 2nd job is working maintenance for roughly 4-6 hours a day with a bad back. I need something that will aid me in proper lifting and posture, but won't be used as a crutch, like the "hard backed" braces. Neoprene wraps do the job perfectly, as they allow me enough flex to work in tight spaces without issue, but also provide much-needed support when lifting objects or performing repetitive tasks.TO BE CLEAR: I'm not using this to replace, nor do I recommend replacing a lifting belt for constant heavy lifting. Rather, this serves to help me remember to always keep my core tight, back straight, and to pivot at the hips and knees, instead of bending at the back. For heavy lifting of ANY kind (weights or job-related), I always recommend an appropriate lifting belt.I used a classic blue Bollinger neoprene wrap for roughly 5 years on a daily basis before it began to tear. My initial impressions of the Neopromedical is that it may last just as long as the Bollinger, given this wrap is stitched around the neoprene, unlike the Bollinger, which was simply attached with an adhesive (picture provided). The textured surface of the Neopromedical also feels much more comfortable against the skin vs. the smooth surface of the old Bollinger. I also like that the Neopromedical's velcro is attached by an extended tab that is roughly half the width of the wrap, instead of being attached directly to entire width of the belt. This prevents the velcro from touching my skin when I tighten the wrap.Folks have asked if this can be worn over a shirt or directly on the skin. While skin contact is best, the requirements of my job don't always allow this, so I switch between on-skin for warmer inside work, and wear the wrap between a cotton tee and a sweater or hoodie for colder outside work. Given warming the core is not my primary concern, I was very surprised to realize that this wrap still causes significant warming of the core, even when worn over my cotton tee. I've attached a picture of the results of wearing the wrap over a cotton tee for about 2 hours of light-duty cleaning. While I wasn't sweating anywhere else, you can clearly see that the result was different for my core.Overall I'm very pleased with this product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to use this product both for its intended use, or like me, a light-duty alternative to a restrictive (and potentially harmful) back brace.

I enjoy wearing this when I workout because I find it hard to suck in my abs. It also makes me sweat a lot which is a plus. The downside is the belt moves a lot when you're active. I have a long torso and it doesn't cover my midsection. Overall, it is about average.

This is a great waist trimmer, however I had to laugh when I read it was a tummy tuck without the price. No, this is not a Tummy Tuck. Could you imagine how many plastic surgeons would be out of business if this was. However, I am very happy with what this actually does, and some of the benefit that I have found in using this for more than waste trimming. This is beneficial when you exercise, and consume healthy foods-is not a belt to put on and expect magic to happen without putting some effort in making some changes.I definitely notice during exercise especially- the heat and sweat! Pretty cool, I feel like I'm burning calories and accomplishing something –during cardio especially. This is also fantastic for helping remind me to tighten my tummy, to maintain proper alignment and proper posture, and even more so for some back support. I am 45 years old, and I have had four C-sections – this belt is a wonderful! This gives support to my abdomen and back -not only while exercising, but also walking, and at times while doing chores/housework. It does fit great, however I do wish I could get this a little more tight. The Velcro is fantastic and it does stay in place.I have sensitive skin however I have not had any issues with rashes or irritations. I do wear it on my skin, and I have gone longer than three hours although it is not recommended. The belt is comfortable, it is lightweight and not bulky under clothes.Overall I'm very happy with the benefits I get with this belt.
