It ended up being an inside party and these balloons were perfect. I only give 4 starts because I had to purchase a handheld inflator separately (some sets come with one included) and they were slightly difficult to blow up, but not bad once you get the hang of it. I made a small hole in Spiderman (my son's favorite character) but was able to mend him with some electrical tape. I'd definitely recommend these with a side of patience during the blow up process. ### ⭐ Stick to shopping at the stores in person *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2020* Brought the balloons as I was told it was a 12pc set and only revived 6 balloons. It’s the day before the party and they told me to send in the balloons to replace them being I don’t have the time to replace the balloons now I’m double paying for balloons as this is counted as a loss.
