Definitely "white hat" hackery. Still, filled with useful ways to maximize your echo.

Unfortunately, I find the Alexa app confusing, especially when it comes to fairly standard use cases -- like setting speakers, changing music queues, etc. -- this book does not cut through that confusion. I didn't find any aha moments or learn anything really insightful. It's okay, but not great.

If you've researched online and have read other Alexa related books, you probably still haven't discovered many of the tricks revealed in this book!

Hacks for Alexa, by Joseph Moran is a “Must Have”, “Go To” Book, to help you get the most out of your Alexa devices. I bought an Echo and was totally not using it to its potential. I found this book to be chock full of helpful, simple tips I can understand and actually utilize. I highly recommend it !

I knew I was not using Alexa to it's full potential. This book made it easy to follow, therefore allowing me to do so much more with my Alexa. This book was very well written but not too technical for us novices to understand while at the same time explaining how I could use Alexa so much more.

This book is very well written and explains the capabilities of Echo devices clearly and succinctly.I strongly recommend it for everyone who buys an Amazon Echo device.
