Gotten my money's worth out of this fun item!
I bought this for SCUBA diving but I've invented lots of other uses for it. Haven't taken it past 70 feet, but it didn't leak at depth and after I posted the videos on Facebook several people asked me where they could get one. Comes with a lot of mounts, I like the bike mount. Side-by-side with a GoPro, the video on this is less colorful and bright sun can contrast/wash the video out sometimes in tricky lighting conditions. But the video is plenty adequate for $40. I would compare it with videos that my Blackberry Bold used to take, only these are in higher resolution. I would much rather take this in risky conditions than a $300 GoPro. The camera dumps the video to your SD card every 20 minutes, so when you're done you end up with several 20 minute videos to process.

Random white circles in video - don't buy this camera.
UPDATE: After a little over a year, the camera has stopped turning on. I'll press the power button and a majority of the time, nothing will happen. When I'm lucky, I'll get the boot screen and then it'll shut off.---I really wanted to like this camera. It's just not good. I've had these rather large white circles show up in my videos. I don't know what causes the circles to pop up in the videos, but it is annoying and basically makes it worthless.

Horrible quality!
Very poor quality photo and video. Set it to he 1080p setting and tried everything to get the best picture; never happened. Not sure why in the world there are anything over a one star review on this. Returning asap to Amazon. Don't waste your money on this.

Seems to work real good as a dash can in car, you can also plug a power cord in it and run it all day long, also records over old video's.
