**Q: Is this or the gum treatment one better for gums?**
A: My husband and I think this is great mouthwash. I did  get a lot of mouth ulcers until I started to use this and my husband got a lot of gum issues. Since using this twice a day or when you want to refresh your mouth our flare ups have been reduce considerable. Definitely recommend giving it a go.

**Q: Does this contain peroxide please? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you**
A: No listerine Total care doe's NOT contain peroxide.

**Q: Is this for 1 bottle if so very expensive**
A: 1 litre is a very large bottle! The usual size in supermarkets is 500 ml or even 250 ml. I also only use about half of the dose - about 10ml, so a bottle lasts a long time. This is excellent stuff.

**Q: How long after using this should you avoid food and drinks?**
A: As a Listerine total user for a few years I give it 5 to 10 minutes and have no problems
