It doesn’t work on thick hair, only little tiny wispy hair. I purchased this to get a little patch of thick hair under my chin, so this product doesn’t help me at all. After 30 minutes of fiddling with it a gave up, then I had to just tweeze the hairs with manual tweezers. The “precision” light is pointing away from where you aim the machine and doesn’t help you see at all.
