DIY 2-Inch Iron-On Letters in Silver Glitter

I used these letters on a ribbon for a 21st birthday sash that I made for my best friend. I formed the "21" out of letters I did not use because this set does not come with letters. I was aware of that and it ended up being pretty easy to form the two numbers. Some letters stuck better than others. At first, every letter was stuck on pretty good. The sash sat for a night and in the morning, I noticed that some letters had come off. I re-ironed them once again and they stuck for as long as we needed them to. I would recommended these if you want a cheap set of letters for something like a sash or something you will only use once. I'm not sure they would stay on if they were ironed onto a shirt or something else that will be washed. Make sure you follow the directions very carefully!

The instructions say to keep a dry hot iron on the letters for 30-40 seconds. Each letter too 2 1/2 minutes or longer. Several of them had corners that refused to stick even in that amount of time, and I had to keep going over it many times. A project that should have taken 30 minutes according to the instructions took me almost two hours. They looked great, however, once they finally stuck.

I was looking forward to getting these letters to complete my project and was very disappointed, they would not stick at all...yes I did follow directions to a T and almost ruined my project in the process. Finally had to draw them on by hand which I should have done in the first place and saved my money
