Perfect for Width and Comfort
We returned 5 walkers before deciding on this one. It’s a wider and more comfortable seat, and feels safer when transferring from standing to sitting, as hips fit between the handle bars without hitting the hand grips. Looks great, large basket under seat is convenient, and the size fits between our narrow door frames. This is our second purchase, and though we tried others, came back to this one, as being perfect for our needs. Very easy to put together and sturdy to roll around inside and out.

Sturdy at the best price I found
I love the purple and black, it is so beautiful. It is easy to put together, I am in my mid 60's and was able to do it quickly by myself. I am around 250 lbs and I fit comfortably on the seat and feel stable (if I was much bigger on top it would be snug around the handles). My 14 inch square laundry basket fits on the seat and is snug so I won't need a bungee to secure it, I will probably use it for both laundry and groceries. The adjusting seat and handle heights were a big factor in me choosing this rollator. I am about 5 ft 3 and the low seat choice is perfect. I researched a lot, Nova had the best ratings and has the best warranty I saw = 5 year brakes, metal frame for life and "other" 1 year (with original owner). I got the steel frame because I thought it would be sturdier, especially with my weight. I wonder if the aluminum frame might have been a better choice in case I lose more of my strength and getting this heavier rollator in and out of the car becomes a problem, there are not always people around to help. It is going to make things so much easier for me, I am happy that I decided to get one before it was an absolute necessity. I am new to walkers and have not used this one much, so will update if needed.

Good Supplier and Good Product.
The name of the walker has some how been distorted. It is Steel, not Steal. The color is not exactly the blue expected. It is more of a blue gray but still a pleasant unobtrusive color. This Walker is roomier than expected with a slightly wider seat than on many models. . The Manufacturer's web site is informative with several videos on various subjects including replacing brake cables. They have an easy to read, colorful parts ID chart. . A buyers delight phone system that gets you to an informed person almost immediately. Lots of accessory items available. Assembly. was relatively easy. It would have been easier had it not been for 2 legs jammed together from shipping but a rubber mallet fixed that. I didn't get the bigger wheels that I originally planned but so far the 6" ones have been acceptable though I might have preferred rubber wheels instead of smooth plastic. The seat and handles have plenty of adjustment in seat and handle height. The brakes work great and more conveniently than the loop breaks on some other models. So far I'm happy with my purchase. will add an update after venturing out in the world some more.

Great tool for elderly and disabled.
I purchased this rolling walker for myself. I use a regular walker from time to time, but am facing a long-term hospitalization for my son, and feel this will help me navigate the hospital and many doctors' offices we are having to navigate. This will carry my "stuff", handle my cane for shorter jaunts, and provide me with a seat on long walks. It is perfect!

Granddad Tested and Approved
At 94, Granddad is still running circles around many of us and this walker helps keep it that way. Very sturdy, easy to maneuver and the seat is perfect for a visit or quick rest break. Worth every penny as it has helped prevent two falls that we know about and helps keep him at home and mobile.

My 89 Year Old Mother LOVES It!
My 89 year old Mother LOVES her "Zip-Line" Rollator as she calls it, [We had Zip-Lined on Catalina Island when she was 86 years old] and this was the closest description she could come up with, to describe the smooth, easy, Fast and Straight movement she had experienced there! She had been having problems with balance issues while walking 'freestyle' and just refused to always carry and/or use a single cane. However I had noticed and made her aware that when shopping together, while she was pushing a cart with both hands, that she was able to move in pretty much straight lines with no wobbling to her steps. So after a few near-health threatening tumbles, she relented and let me buy her this Rollator, IF she could pick the color and 'Spruce It Up' with a patterned cloth cover to the seat and 'racing strip' decals. NOW she moves safer, smoother and faster than even I, when we walk together and she has the convenience of the under-seat storage basket to carry things, such as laundry for washing, groceries or containers to take food back to her apartment from the Retirement Communities Restaurant. Before this, she thought these were only used by "Old Folks" at her place, but now she loves it so much that she even uses it to sit at the tables in the her Restaurant for meals, saying that the cushioned seat is easier on her backside than the provided chairs AND easier to scoot up to the table edge too!

Complete fail
I have had an old Nova Walker for over 20 years. It was starting to get too old to use comfortably so I decided to go with this version of the newer Nova Walker. I bought it back in March of 2023. It is now June of 2023 and the brakes on one side don't work at all and the cable that is part of the braking system that is supposed to be on a hook along one of the legs of the walker has broken as well. That is causing stress to that cable. I have resorted to zip ties to keep it from getting caught on anything. It is too late to return the walker. Nova usually has a very good reputation but in this instance I am very disappointed. This was not a cheap walker and the brake failed completely at 2 months. That failure caused me to fall. Thank God the injuries weren't too serious but it could have been a lot worse. Someone needs to take responsibility for this. I am not going to use this walker at this time because I don't know when the other break may fail or what else could happen. I rely on this to get around every day.
