**Q: my original pole extended to 21' never bent had it over 23 years, pole was was swept away in a hurricane how thick (guage) is the extention pole?**
A: Not sure how thick is the gauge but I believe it’s made of aluminum and it does bend if you put force to it.

**Q: Would this pole slide over the pole on a brush and then 2 little white pegs snap into holes on the pole?**
A: The white snaps are made to press in to allowing the brush to lock in place

**Q: Does it include the plastic attachment?**
A: if you are talking about the plastic pieces in the picture, then yes, they are part of the assembly. The plastic is threaded to allow the pole to telescope and secure itself.

To be a 21 foot pole, it would have to be real heavy to be real sturdy. This 3 section pole seems to be plenty strong to clean our pool, I am very happy with both of the ones I bought. It flexes, but does a great job.

This telescoping pole works fine for what I needed it for. I attached a pruner to the end if it to prune the black knot out of my cherry trees. I could not extend it the full length for fear of it bending, but was able to do all the pruning I needed with just 2 extensions. I docked it 1 star because it is not "ribbed" as the description claims - therefore not as sturdy as I expected. But overall it was a good value.
