I can honestly say that the macular generation in my right eye has gotten better and I would highly recommend anybody that is currently suffering from any type of macular degeneration to try. It can’t hurt.

**Q: Nothing of China in this product ?**
A: The bottle says that the company is in Utah and the product is made in the USA

**Q: How large are these soft gels?**
A: It is a dark colored soft gel capsule..  1/2 inch long x 1/4 inch in diameter..

**Q: Is the deliberately discreet "added color" on the label referring to titanium dioxide, the carcinogen?**
A: Customer service at Nutricost said on 11/12/22  
"Thank you for your patience! The added color is sodium chloride and amaranth."
 Sodium chloride is salt. Amaranth is a group of grain plants.

**Q: What is the source of the zeaxanthin?**
A: A great source for zeaxanthin is dark green vegetables, oranges, most yellow fruits and egg yolks. Lute in can be found in most of these as well. I am an optician and perform the MacuLogix testing in our office. 

Zeaxanthin and lute in combined help with the health of the macula. Hope this helps.
