I ordered this five months ago and received it in a reasonable time. It is being used for a family member who has been disabled by a stroke. She was beginning to show signs of bed-sores from the use of a home hospital bed whose mattress (which has since been replaced) deteriorated very rapidly. This device has worked like a champ - easy install, has worked entirely reliably, and functions almost identically to the air mattress that she had in the hospital.
