What if the patient dies?

The idea that this can’t be donated to another patient due to superbug is ludicrous. Think of all the times you sat on public toilets and didn’t die from any superbug (though I’m sure there are PLENTY in public restrooms)! Just clean it with bleach or 8-12% hydrogen peroxide and it’ll be safe to use again. Bake it under the sun’s UV after cleaning with these chemicals will certainly give it added security, and it’s completely free!

Does this mattress cycle all cells together, or does it cycle different groups of cells to gently rock the patient?

the mattress cycles different groups of cells: the cells are interconnected in two groups, the first connecting cells of the rows 1, 3, 5, 7......the second connecting the cells of the rows 2,4,6, 8... When the first group is inflated, the second is desinflated and when the second group is inflated the first is desinflated .so gently rocks the patient.

Quick question how do I even put in his bed when he on it can’t even get up from bed

Look up videos on how to roll a patient. Use "draw sheets" to roll people from side to side safely. Make sure they dont roll off. Rails can be a hazard for people with dementia who grip too hard on the rail so do every action deliberately and kindly.

Can this be used on a recliner? Assuming that we secure it from slipping.

We use it for an adjustable bed, and I could see that it could be used on a recliner tho we haven’t try that.
