I decided to just use the Australia Naturals Emu Oil only and directly on my skin. I have sensitive skin and it seems to become more sensitive the older I become.After using just the Emu Oil on me, I have seen an incredible improvement in my skin. My skin has been transformed from dry, itchy, scaly to healed, smoother, less itchy skin. I take into account the time it takes for skin to heal on its own. This emu oil helps my skin heal in a pretty safe and effective way.There is a minimal amount of Vitamin E in this product, a .00022% to be exact. However, I am not discouraged by this small amount.
