Can the locknload crossbar clamps accommodate lock cores, or does this attachment method leave the locknload and other accessories unsecured?

I have locknload crossbar clamps and can’t figure out how to add the locks. There’s no built in housing for the core and the setup really doesn’t allow for the Yakima accessory lock housing.

Could these brackets work for the yakima load warrior cargo basket?
