Is this an acrylic dip? That I apply as part of my acrylic dip routine?

Its definitely not a dip. You rub on the nail after a no wipe top coat and re coat

Has anyone tried this with dip nails?

Hi, you could try to apply the Holo Nail Powder on the first layer of the 30s dried dipping top coat, the top coat layer for applying the powder must not completely dry so the sticky surface could adhere the powder. Applying this powder on a dipping powder might be less holo, and the powder must have to be used with other products in the dipping powder kit.

Would this work with resin?

I've used it with 2-part resin when it's solid but sticky and it adheres and works really well. I've also used it on the mold then poured resin in it and it works well, just make sure you get the corners really well. I haven't mixed it with resin to see how that comes out... yet.
