Replaced on our fireplace and it was exactly what we needed. Fit perfectly. Very quiet.

Very frustrated at the time; my husband and son worked to get the part installed only to find that there are two additional wires that the original part doesn't have. There was no diagram of installation instructions sent with the part; my son checked UTube to see if he could find any and there were none there either - only a supposed "expert" who certainly didn't clarify the issues. At this point, I'm considering returning the part if I can't find clear and pertinent instructions.

Second life to my old fireplace. After studying a lot I bought the unit to replace the faulty one, just to note that we have this chimney for 10 years or so, and i have servi ed it several times, bit it needed a new hart. I had to rewire most of the unit and honestly, the original cabling was messy. The chimney is working now with a plus, the new heater and motor are more powerfull than the old ones, I istill have to work on the vibration and noise damping. NOTE: the unit in my hand is the old one!!

This is a great replacement product. I had taken a lot of pictures as I was removing it so that helped a lot with the install. The part works great and is exactly what it said it was.
