Being a short person I could not reach shower wand in its original installed position. I needed polished brass and couldn't justify cost of adjusted rail installation. These are an amazing quality and value. They are very sturdy and when installed, appear as though they are an original installation. I noticed the glue was from Germany, so I felt more positive about its ability to stick forever. Easy to install. I like the fitted sticky tape which holds it in place for the recommended amount of time for glue to dry. Glue also gives time to adjust and level. Recommended wait time is 48-72 hours. I gave it the full 72. Excess glue was easy to scrape off tile. FYI. I purchased two. One at a height for washing hair, and at about a foot lower I placed the other at a height for showering without getting hair wet. I am so thrilled with them. Super quality brass and construction. Easy to adjust after installation by moving wand. No more crashing down suction holders and wand in the middle of the night

Product looks great and installed perfectly to our tile with the included manufacturer glue. My package also came with temporary adhesive paper to hold product in place, while glue dried. This worked perfectly and peeled off clean and easy after 48 hours. The included adhesive paper indicates that the company is listening to customer reviews to implement improvements, as I saw past reviews mentioning challenges in the product holding in place just after glue is applied (Problem solved by company.) The company also proactively followed up with me to be sure I received the product and was satisfied. That impressed me and prompted me to acknowledge in a review.

I read a lot of reviews on this product. I saw that the main issue was adhering to the wall. I bought it because it looked like good quality. I rent my apartment, so I didn’t want to use the cement that came with the holder. I have had a couple soap dishes in my shower for years, held on with special 3M command strips (came with them). So I looked up waterproof 3M command bath strips (or something to that effect) and purchased a package. The first ones I tried didn’t stick to my tile, but I had showered recently and only towel dried the wall. (Not a glossy tile). When I had more time, I took a hair dryer and heated the area well, where I wanted to stick the holder, hoping for better adhesion. I also heated the command strips briefly. I stuck it on the wall and held it there until I thought it had probably cooled, then went to bed and hoped for the best. It was still on the wall in the morning, but I left it alone through a few showers before I tried it out. It has been holding for probably a month now. The holder itself is awesome! The ball is a tight fit, which makes it stiff to adjust, but it also holds position very well.

I GOBBED the stuff on the back cleaned around it and left it taped up for like 4-5 days to make sure it was dry because I still showered 2 times while it was up. The humidity could slow down drying but I only have one shower. Gently using it and not being rough I'm just thankful to have somewhere to hold my showerhead low. Finally 🙏🏼

This shower head holder is well made and is all metal vs plastic used in other holders. I particularly like the tight ball joint, as I have a heavy shower head and it will hold it in place. It has to be glued on and then held in place while it dries from 48 to 72 hours. It comes with light weight adhesive strips to hold it in place while the glue it drying, but I opted to hold it in place with duct tape (see attached picture). Now I know that when I peel off the duct tape in 72 hours, the shower head holder will be solidly adhered to my wall. I also found when I screwed of the cap on the tube of glue, I could not squeeze out any glue, so I just snipped off the top. The glue is light a paste, making it easy to work with and, even though it came with two tubes of glue, I only needed to use one. Be very careful to place the glue only where the pictured instructions tell you, as putting glue in the center of the adhesive plate will lock in the rotating ball. Also only put the glue on in small dabs, as too much glue will also lock up the ball rotating ball.

Exactly what I needed to replace the one in my RV. Sturdy and works perfectly. Great value and works will with any handheld shower head.

I had the plastic mount that came with my oxygenics showerhead. I wanted to get a shorter hose, and they are easily available, nice stainless ones, but they don't fit the oxygenics holder, which is too large. All other holders, like this one, are a 'standard' size. Most holders I found have the cradle attached to the shaft at 90-degrees, which severely limits the range of motion and allows moving the showerhead in nonsensical directions. This one is angled, which means the showerhead can be adjusted to point straight or downwards. It has a nice brushed stainless finish. The ball-mount holds firm and moves smoothly. Very nicely made. It can't be tightnened, but seems like it is well made and will stay put and not sag. It is provided with a mastic adhesive, which must be cured for 48 hours. Since the plastic showerwall was not attached to the wall, I found that the adhesive is not enough, so I drilled 2 holes in the corners, and screwed into the wall. Solid. I also applied silicone around the top edge, so no water could get in to loosen the glue. Very happy.
