Is another twin sham in white available for purchase?

The 2-piece twin size quilt set only includes one quilt( 68" x 88"), one pillow sham( 20" x 26") which would fit twin sized bed. And we regret that we don't sell the pillow sham separately. Hope it will be helpful.

I have a small hotel, B&B, will the colors hold up with a lot of washing? With covid we wash and sanatize everything between rentals.

EASY CARE: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, avoid bleaching and ironing. Gentle and correct washing can greatly extend the life of a quilt. Hope it will be helpful.

Is this quilt slippery and does it slide off the bed easily?

No, it isn't slippery, I've had mine for almost a year now, and it's my favorite bedding I've ever had, very comfortable it doesn't slide off the bed either

I have a platform queen bed should I go with king ?

I bought a king in a similar style, but I found the queen I bought later was a little smaller than I liked. Still worked, but not as much overhang as I prefer. The queen will probably just cover the mattress if it isn't a thick one ( I have a Doctor's Choice mattress) but there won't be any tuck-in allowance or coverage for a thick mattress.
