Bought this for my 7 year old son as a prize for doing well in school. We didn't have any trouble putting it together, except for when I was being rushed by him. We forgot to rinse the filters and fill it water before turning the pump on. I am not sure is the pump is adequate. We still don't have any fish in there. The pump is very quiet and my son likes the "white noise" it makes, says it helps him sleep ;) Everything we needed was provided. The fish store recommended a starter bacteria liquid and more water conditioner as our water tested lower pH. The added playmobil toy and scenery to attach to the back of the tank is a wonderful addition! Hardest part of the process has been waiting to get past the "new tank syndrome" to actually get fish to put in there. Nice job Playmobil! I took off one star because the instructions for the filter are a bit vague, probably because the instructions for the tank are the same no matter what size, but each size tank gets a different filter. I originally couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong, and why the filter was so loud and wouldn't suck up the water.
