I purchased 24 of these foam squares and distributed them on walls and ceilings in my 14x14 foot home studio. After doing so, the room sound went from slightly reverberent to near-dead quiet. My acoustic and vocal recordings are sounding much better without the standing wave effect experienced earlier. These have proven to be a very effective and affordable solution for neutralizing small room sound, allowing for desired effects to be added later in the process.

Great product works just like the other expensive stuff! Well worth it! The foams are exactly as advertised, perfectly shaped and sized correctly. These panels came in compressed and need 1-2 days to expand- let them expand in a well insulated room and they will be just how you want them ! The first day when I received them, it took one day for most pieces to fully expand, and the other four pieces stayed flat. After I ran them under some water to let them absorb water, they quickly recovered to the advertised 2 inch. (I suggest expand them by using water and hair drier.) Then I was able to put them onto the wall. If you want to improve sound quality- a definite edition. You have to use a lot of these sound panels for them to work properly. One or two in a room isn't going to do much of anything, but blanketing an entire wall will significantly cut down on echo's and annoying noises in your room. These sound panels help prevent sound echoing around my room. I bought a single pack of these panels in blue and charcoal to get a feel for if I wanted to order in bulk (I need 4x48pack tiles total for my purposes). Waiting for more coupon in the coming Black Friday. I must say, I'll be ordering more of these panels ASAP!

I bought this to get rid of the echo in my office, i took the time to place it properly and it works well for cutting down on echo. it's not as dense as i thought but it still does the trick.

Not to discredit anyone who may have had an issue with these. Maybe some had a bad delivery or just had a bad batch. However, I will discredit those who immediately give it a one-star because they came flat. You can tell they didn't do anything to fix it, look up videos, or do any research. These foams come flat so it can be packaged securely and not be ripped on delivery. Remember, these are just foam. Now, as you can see in my photos, I gave you a before and after result. They will be flat, yes. However, there were some that were actually decompressing when I opened the packaging, but that was only some. For the rest of these guys, you have to soak them in HOT water. The water will naturally flow inside them and inflate, or decompress them for you. You only need to soak them for maybe 10 seconds at the most and wring them out like you would a wash rag or cloth. Done! They should be in their natural state. If you want to go the extra mile you can get a clothes steamer, or hair dryer to dry them off and make them inflate that way as well. I have a hair dryer but didn't need to use it as the hot water did all the work. Now, to hang these on the wall I use a satin pin. NOT COMMAND STRIPS, AS THEY MAY DAMAGE YOUR WALL. I stick the satin pin in the foam through my wall. (If you have a brick wall, I don't have a solution for that) The satin pins are very small so you won't notice them holding the foam on the wall. This also helps with your security deposit as these won't do obvious damage from your walls if you are renting. What this foam does is it eliminates a decent amount of background noise and prevents from your voice reverberating off the walls causing an echo. If you are a streamer, content creator, or anything related to that, then this is a welcoming addition. Now if you just want this for decorations that's good as well too. I hope this review helps you in anyway! ☺️

Overall, this product isn’t terrible. It offers a small degree of sound-dampening, but don’t expect it to completely sound-proof your space. The coloring of the panels (if you care) isn’t always consistent. The blue seems to be split between a very vibrant blue and then a more yellowed version (both in the same pack). The black is a little more consistent. These CANNOT be fastened directly to a wall. I glued them to cardboard and then fastened the cardboard to the wall. They give instructions on how to fluff them up to full size. For me, about 1/3 needed it. Overall, for the price, they are decent, but just miss the mark on the level of sound dampening.

My only advice to ppl is that the M3 double side adhesive does not work well. Have of my panels would fall off the next day. I highly recommend small 1/4" pins. That works a lot better. The sound definitely improved in my office. The price for this product is great.

I immediately opened all the vacuum-sealed packages once I got them. The blue foam expanded without issue after sitting overnight, but the black foam remained mostly flat and stuck together. I then manually pulled apart each sheet of the black foam, laid them out on my floor individually, and waited another 36 hrs. Some pieces gained about 10%, but for the most part, the black foam refused to expand and remained stuck to itself. I then tried soaking it in water and letting it sit in the sun, but both of those procedures did next to nothing. After nearly 72hrs since opening the packages, I eventually had to manually "pull up" each "peak" of the pyramids to force the foam to expand. It felt as if it was sticking to itself together internally. After each peak was pulled up, the reverse side had an indentation that I then had to pull out as well. This took an extremely large amount of time and I ended up tearing a few panels in the process. Since the foam has expanded to nearly 3-4x its original size, I can no longer fit it into any decently sized box for return. Definitely will not purchase again.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MANUFACTURES ADVICE!!! To make these expand I would recommend dunking them in water, ringing them out, and then letting them dry. I used the bath tub. Worked great. I wanted to semi-sound proof an office space. I put down 1/8" rubber sound proofing then these on top. Worked like a charm! I used gorilla glue with a caulking gun.

This product is awsome i brought two sets in total but about 4 weeks apart, I was so happy with my first order I had no problem in ordering again. The product does come very flat and compact but I found I just left each tile for 24hrs and most had popped up to full size the ones that didn't I just filled the sink with warm/hot water and soaked them and they soon popped out to full size. I would of given 5 stars but a couple tiles were abit rough around the edges so not 5 start perfect but if I could of given 4 and half stars I would of. You won't regret buying these great product!!

Ca reste des mousses très légères et qui n'absorbent pas le son comme du matériel pro, elles finissent par s'effriter au bout de quelques années ça dépanne ceci dit !

.. non hanno aggiunto alcun adesivo per permettermi di fissarli = dovrò spendere un sacco di altri soldi ora per comprare adesivi o schiuma adesiva. Dato che ho scelto il prodotto che costava più di altri venduti a metà prezzo e con adesivo, ammetto di esserci rimasto un po' male. Per il resto sono veramente impeccabili!

Shipped in good time, little expensive to purchase. They take at least 24 hours to expand after shipping. Easy to install, used clear sticky tabs to install on my bedroom ceiling. Used the 2 inch ones hoping it would cut the noise down, it did about 50%.
