We are very happy with this product. I had a small issue with assembly and didnt get through to customer service. A few minutes later, they called me back! The person was great and the issue resolved in no time. (it was my mistake). It is attractive and works as expected.

Great firepit for my covered patio. I've used it while entertaining guests and it just adds warmth to the immediate area and overall ambience. I use it in conjunction with my propane patio heater that I place in the corner if it is really cold outside. I have two sets of patio chairs. The typical upright patio chairs and the laid back "adirondack" chairs. If keeping warm is the priority depending on the weather, then I bring out the patio chairs so that I can be more upright and closer to the firepit to where I can feel the heat on my face and torso versus the reclined chairs I would use if the weather was a bit warmer. Assembly was simple with my cordless screwdriver. Just follow the instructions and read some of the reviews for assembly tips. The firepit itself isn't too heavy. When I need to move it, I slide it around my polished concrete patio. If I need to move it off the patio by myself, I remove the propane tank and the ceramic tiles which are thick and heavy but simple to remove. Then I can carry the firepit to wherever I need to. The included metal lid allows this firepit to do double duty as a table. I purchased a water resistant cover separately and it has helped it maintain it's appearance.

Love this , perfect size and the heating range goes from a nice low to a very high high which is nice to kind of warm everyone up , especially when it's super cold outside. Very modern and better looking than some of the other propane fire pits out there.

Finally, was able to get it to work. Beautiful product. Would have given 5 but gave it a 4 as instructions were lacking in specific details and little-known support.

After shopping around online and at local places- Lowe’s, I found this fire table. I read the reviews and clicked purchase. It comes in less expensive than its comparable tables, is easy to put together and is sturdy, easy to light, the end result is a warm beautiful glow. Putting it together was pretty easy. We hit a snag and there was a defect in the metal corner where one of the tile tops went, and it wouldn’t fit until we shaved it down (with a metal nail file) and it worked. The igniter switch has to be pressed a few times to get it going, but once lit it Emits a lot of heat even on low setting. The table doesn’t come with the glass surround, I didn’t purchase it but the items around the table can get pretty warm. I also recommend the cover accessory you can buy that fits this specific firepit if it will be exposed to rain. I definitely recommend. Overall product is nice!

We bought this 32" fire pit on sale for $189. When we opened the box, we noticed that a lot of the packing inside was in pieces but all parts of the unit were fine. Assembly was easy and only needs 1 person. A 2nd person at the end is needed to turn unit upright. All tiles fit nicely, door opens/closes smoothly and correctly. Please check gas line connections for leaks before first use. Ours was a little loose and had a strong propane smell so had to go back and tighten connections. We like that the controls are inside the door out of view. Be careful opening the box with the fire glass. Use a knife to cut tape on all sides of the box. Carefully open this box as the glass is in a bag with one end unsealed. When I pulled the bag out from one end of the box, the glass poured out everywhere, made a big mess and glass chips and fine glass dust was spilled on the floor so you might want to put this box of glass on a plastic trash bag before opening to contain glass dust/bits. Once the glass was in place we were ready for the big reveal. It started right up BUT give it a few seconds for the gas to get through the gas line. The low setting was definitely enough for just the two of us but the high setting was a pretty high flame. I really like the 32" pit as it has a nice sized area around the pit to place drinks or small plates etc. A cover does not come with this unit but I knew this and ordered one the same day as the fire pit. We are extremely pleased with the overall look, the color of the tiles, and the black fire glass. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend this product. EDIT: We decided to add more glass so we bought 10lbs of 1/2" black mirrored pieces. These are bigger than what came with the fireplace but we mixed it with the 1/4" and we really love the look mixed together.

I love the product but I bought it as a gift and unfortunately it was not allowed by the HOA complex. I called Bali and they were very accommodating and sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the unused fire pit. All other companies would not allow me to the return the item! Bali is a great company for customer service support I would definitely buy another fire pit from them better quality at a fair price with excellent support!

Love this table! It was not too difficult to put together and was able to do it in an hour. The entire thing is made of metal except for the tiling on the table. We’ll see how it will hold up over time. Its lighting capability is also pretty decent with 2 settings - low and high - and holds up even when it’s windy outside. You still feel the heat when you’re sitting about a meter or so away. It is a good size for a small patio - not big but also not too small to be a proper table. When the fire is not in use, it comes with a cover so you can use it as a full center table. Overall, I highly recommend it! If you have a small patio and you’re looking for a nice pretty table to furnish your backyard with an additional fire pit feature, this one is definitely going to do the job.

Would be happy with this table if it would remain lit. Customer service has sent replacement thermocouple which I replaced however unit still shuts down after a short period. Also have to hold knob in for at least 60 seconds to get it to light initially. After lighting it shuts off in 2-3 minutes. Tried to contact customer service again today during the day and left a message. Still waiting for them to call me back.

We love this fire table, it is so beautiful with the turquoise pebbles and their turquoise flames. Very happy with it.
