I bought this to preserve the powder in capsule form. Taste much better then in powder form which is horrible tasting. These weren't as bad when you remove the capsules.

I take the recommended serving size per day, 1000 mg (2 capsules), having one capsule after lunch and one after dinner. Verdict is still out
I bought this for an immunity boost and to see if there is any relief from mild arthritis in my thumb. I started on them about a week ago. My thumb has had a little less pain than normal and we even had a weather change. After researching more, dosage for arthritis is (about) 3 pills twice a day instead of 1 twice a day. I will be trying it to see what happens.
