Lately, I've been waking up with a stiff neck, so I switched to the COZSINOOR pillow, which is known for its value, and I'm more than satisfied! It came in a set of two queen-size pillows, perfect for sharing with my husband. When it first arrived, it looked compressed and thin, but after I opened the plastic and gave it a good pat, it quickly came back to life, just like a hotel pillow. Perhaps because of the microfiber filling, it feels like a cloud when you rest your head on it, yet it also provides excellent support for your neck. I tend to sleep on my side, and it relieves pressure on my shoulders. My husband sleeps upright, but he loves it because it's just the right height. Best of all, the material is soft and cool, keeping my head cool while I sleep, making it incredibly comfortable. It's easy to wash the entire pillow in the washing machine, making it easy to maintain, and it stays firm and resilient after each wash. If you want to experience the feel of a five-star hotel bed at home, this is the real deal!

The pillow is comfortable. There's only one thing I don't like: occasionally the tips of the feathers poke through the fabric. It's still a good product.

I love these pillows! You sink right through down for a comfortable neck and head position. Not too hard and not too soft. Just right and great price!

I purchased the COZSINOOR Cozy Dream Series King Size pillows mainly because the listing claimed they were suitable for back, side, and stomach sleepers. After using them, I can say they work well for back and side sleepers, but they are not ideal for true stomach sleepers. The pillows are simply too thick to keep your spine aligned unless you sleep on the very edge, which defeats the purpose. Another issue is the size discrepancy. The product advertises the king pillows as 18” x 36”, but the ones I received measure closer to 16” x 34”. That may not seem like much, but it’s noticeable and feels misleading. Overall, the pillows are soft, plush, and comfortable for certain sleep positions, but the advertising doesn’t match the actual product. That’s why I’m giving it three stars.

The pillows are completely flat and offer no support whatsoever. I am not sure how to return them since it is impossible to pack them in the original box.
