I recently tried the Lincove Down Pillow, and I have to say, it’s one of the best pillows I’ve ever used. It’s filled with soft Canadian down, which makes it feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Even though it’s super soft, it still gives my head and neck the support they need, especially since I usually sleep on my side or back. What I Liked: Comfort: The pillow is really soft but doesn’t let my head sink too much, so I stay in a comfortable position all night. Quality: The materials are top-notch. It’s made from Canadian white down with a cotton cover, which keeps me cool at night and seems really durable. Customer Service: The customer service is amazing. I had a question about the pillow, and Sarah, one of their agents, was super helpful and quick to respond. Things to Consider: Cost: The pillow is definitely on the expensive side, so it’s an investment. Care: It does need some extra care, like regular fluffing and maybe even dry cleaning, to keep it in good shape. Conclusion Overall, I’m really happy with the Lincove Down Pillow. It’s super comfortable and high-quality, and even though it’s pricier than other pillows, I think it’s worth it. Plus, the excellent customer service, especially from Sarah, made the whole experience even better.

Great pillows, very comfortable if you like down pillows. We ordered two kings and are very happy with the fill and level of firmness. Pillows are well described in the description of them. We have had them over a month and nothing coming through the cover. Ordering two more standard size now. No need for support so far since they are quite satisfactory. Well packaged.

Lincove, has sent me back to my childhood memories of sleeping on those amazing down pillows I had when I was so young. I have been in the market and shopping for pillows for a couple of years now. I have purchased many, but nothing has stood out or amazed me as much as this lovely king size pillow that I just received for Lincove. In actuality, I wish I found this company much sooner, I could have saved our family a bundle of outgoing monies on all the pillow that I had purchased looking for that special one I remember sleeping on when growing up. I have now found the pillow that I have been longing for! WELL DONE LINCOVE!!!!! I overall have rated this company and the pillow a 5 star, however, if I had just a little more fluff, I would rate the support at a 5 also, as I so badly wanted to rate this a perfect 5 stars across the board. I know that there are those people out there that like a more firm pillow and those with less fill, but you cannot go wrong ordering any size pillow from Lincove. I know am going to order many more pillows from Lincove so that I can be comfortable know matter where I sleep. But will first call the company so they can help me chose the correct fluff/fill that I am searching for. I did read that there were other people out there like me that would like a more fluffy pillow and I read that Lincove will work with us to make sure that we are happy with our purchase. Now where can you find customer service like this anymore???? I was so impressed when I received this beautiful package that I felt like it was my birthday while opening. As I have read by so many reviews the pillow was packaged it a sturdy box within a lovely bag which was covered with a very pretty paper. This I promise- that if you want a pillow that does not have feathers poking into your head or face you will be pleasantly surprised. I also know that I am not overheating like so many I have purchased with crushed up foam. For now, I carry this one pillow with me to my bed and couch and now it comes with me on my trips as well. I really have nothing but so much joy knowing that after a hard and difficult day, that when I go to sleep I know that I am resting my head on an amazing pillow that will give me a great night sleep. When you first open up the box with your Lincove pillow inside, it's apparent that you are receiving a quality item. There are so many things to love about this business, but first I need to say I was not paid to write a review. I'm a consumer just like you who researches things a million times over before buying, and I only leave good reviews when something deserves it. I do my research on products, their competitors, their reviews, and just about anything else I can find before I buy. Lincove is a small business that ethically sources their down (Downmark certified) which I never realized could be an issue with down pillows. To know I was supporting a small business AND doing something good for the environment (their entire packaging was recyclable) makes me all the more confident that I made the right choice when buying a pillow. If I was going to spend over $100 on a pillow, I needed to make sure it would be top of the line. Now here is why I am writing this review: I purchased the King size Cloud pillow in the softest variety they had, hoping to just melt into a cloud every night when I slept. Turns out, the pillow was too soft for me. I wasn't comfortable, I was having a harder time sleeping after buying the pillow, and I was sad. I read on Lincove's website that before asking about their return/refund policy, you should try a 21 day trial, and then if you weren't satisfied you can receive a refund within 30 days of the pillow being shipped. So after 21 days I reached out to Lincove and THEIR SERVICE was remarkable. Mia responded quickly, professionally, and kindly. It was obvious she cared about me as a customer and wanted to make things right since I was unsatisfied. Lincove went above and beyond to fix my problem and I felt so valued as a customer. If you are like me and are searching high and low for products before you buy them, then look no further for a luxury Goose down pillow. I can't recommend Lincove enough for their customer support alone, and it doesn't hurt that they also make one heck of a comfortable pillow.

I originally ordered the soft pillow to replace an old down pillow that had lost its loft. The produce description recommends the soft pillow for stomach sleepers, so that’s what I went for. However, the fill in the soft is so low that it was flatter than the ten year old pillow I was looking to replace. The item isn’t easily returnable, as when I went to return, Amazon directed me to contact the company. I explained my issue, and the customer service agent took care of my issue right away, sending me the medium fill as a replacement and instructing me to just keep the soft pillow. The replacement was the medium and there is a huge difference between the fill of the soft and medium. Maybe I’m just Goldilocks with my pillow needs, but the medium fill is definitely too much for a stomach sleeper and the soft wasn’t enough. The medium is very comfortable for side and back sleeping. That being said, though, other than my issues with the fill levels, the quality of these pillows is very high!

Be careful when you put your pillow in your cart. Although I am certain that I chose the medium pillow when I placed my first Lincove pillow in my cart, some problem in the Amazon software defaulted my order to a firm pillow. I didn't even know that until I went to order another pillow from Lincove and my previous order says that pillow was a firm. However, I think they may have solved the problem since the site selections have changed. Recently I ordered a soft pillow from them and it is not as firm as I would like it to be. Although the soft would be fantastic for a back or stomach sleeper. I ordered that soft pillow based on my first pillow purchase which I thought was a medium pillow. I'm out of funds from filling up my bed with 4 Lincove pillows. That being said, my most recent purchase was the soft Lincove Cloud pillow which I am very happy with to support my hurting ribcage. The Cloud pillow fluffs up like a dream, and these pillows have saved my rest after fracturing 4 ribs and having to sleep sitting upright surrounded by pillows for the past 8 weeks. Last night was the first time I got to sleep laying down, and I have to admit that I wish I could buy a few more of these pillows to cradle my whole body in because they really help to relieve the pain. Thank you Lincove! Update: A Lincove customer service representative reached out to me because the pillow I ordered was not exactly what I wanted. All I can say is that this company has amazing customer service! The representative has gone above and beyond to ensure that I will be getting the medium pillow that I need. I will be ordering all of my pillows from Lincove in the future! One more update: I ordered another queen medium pillow because I AM IN LOVE with my new pillow!

We have had these pillows for 21 months now and of all the down pillows we have owned they have broken down the fastest. I think the issue is that the feathers are working their way out of the pillow. I have white fuzz everywhere when I change my pillow cases. Would not buy again.

Lincove Canadian White Down Pillow PROS: - Perpetually Fluffy, Dense Down-Fill (Puffs back after depressing). - Appears to Be 100% Down (Some ultra-thin down bits poke out but no feathers). - High Loft (over 5” thick). - Certified & Ethically Sourced (Noted in the Amazon listing), I guess it’s true. - Fairly Firm (If you want density and an over-filled-feel). - Decent Price (Premium quality down-fill pillows cost hundredS more than Lincove pillows). - Standard Size is 20”x26” (Great size w/20”x28” pillowcases - allows for extra space in the case). - Best for Back-Sleepers CONS: - Perpetually Fluffy, Dense Down-Fill (I personally DON’T want a down pillow that's THIS pouf-y and stays this pouf-y). I ordered the “SOFT”. The “Medium” and “Firm” versions would have to be unduly dense and firm. imo. - No Pillowcase (Even the least expensive pillows typically come w/ a cotton case). Lincove down-fill pillows should either include a case or use higher thread-count cotton on the pillow. - Unreinforced Seams (Premium down-fill pillows usually have stronger seams/cording on the edges. - Not Optimal for Side-Sleepers (Too puffy – A side-sleeper would feel suffocated). IN SUMMARY: To each their own re down pillows. I am looking for a 100% down pillow that scrunches up when I want it to scrunch and this one doesn't do that. It stays swollen/inflated/puffy. Some may be searching for a dense, down-fill pillow that keeps its pouf (and this one will). An easy fix would be to open the seam and remove 1/3 of the down but I don’t want to. It’s going back. PS I purchased this via Amazon Warehouse (meaning it was previously returned and deemed OK to sell) with a $7 "savings" but it has a stain (small, but still gross). I don't believe that Lincove would sell a pillow with a stain - it had to be from the previous Amazon customer who returned it (so, it's going back, plus it's too puffy and dense for me). It was worth buying from Amazon Warehouse because items that are not shipped via Amazon are always a PAIN. This should be a simple return.

It gets flat very fast, the small feathers come through the 2 pillowcases, even I got one from the same company. The fill of 650 is very little, they’d should be at least 750. I like the softness and is very well made ! It is expensive for what it is.
