These teacups are quite sturdy, yet very pretty. They are not likely to just break with regular use. I bought these for use in a play my community theatre group did, and I was a little worried that they might break with that kind of use, but they were perfect. The matching teapot is also lovely, but a little thinner. (it also survived use in the play)

My daughter and I have Tuesday tea time every week. I wanted a set that would make this special time feel more special without spending a ton. This set was PERFECT! These teacups and saucers are even prettier than pictured and have held up nicely over several months of toddler use and dishwasher cleanings! For the price I was willing to gamble, and it paid off with this sturdy, heavy, elegant china teacup set. I would recommend this to anyone. Now we have enough for 2 friends ...or future sisters... to join us!!! ;)

I bought the blue rose set back in 2014 and finally got to write a review. Originally bought them for a small party that a few kids attended and I did not want to use the Royal Albert for the little ones but needed something cute. They lasted through the party and another 9 years :). Some dishwashing on top tray and some hand washing in between with semi frequent use. They are on a heavier side but when you just want something pretty without all the fuss - they are awesome. At the price, they are a good addition

These are adorable teacups. The pattern is very dainty and I like the gold detailing. That said, it is definitely not a high-end porcelain set. The designs are raised a bit and if you look very closely it almost looks like a sticker, and the brushed-on gold paint is not super meticulous. I use these multiple times a week and hand wash them and they have stayed in excellent shape. If you are looking for fun small everyday sort of cups that feel fancy but aren't so high end you would worry about using them heavily, these are great.

This is not fine bone china. but pretty thick. But the print is lovely and the shape is attractive. The size is good too. It is not a mini cup and saucer set meant for kids playing.

These teacups are thicker and heavier than your typical porcelain teacup, so they're nice and durable if that's what you're looking for. But I'm really giving them 5 stars because these teacups are actually MOVIE STARS. They've hit it big by starring in the Coen brother's movie 'Hail, Caesar!' in the gripping role of being sipped by a room full of men as they talk about important things. Good luck keeping the paparazzi out of your tea room with these beauties.

These cups and saucers were absolutely beautiful!!! I loved them!!! But please do not buy these!!! They are dangerous to your health!!! I was shocked when I saw a label on the box, WARNING!!! This product has Cadmium and Lead which can cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm!!!! I was crushed to read this. I had bought these for a tea party and now cannot use them!!!!!

I purchased the teapot set 7 years ago which comes with 4 cups and saucers. Finally got around to purchasing 4 extra cups. I just love them. The set I've had for 6 years still looks brand new. I've only used it about half a dozen times but they do hold up well. Price has pretty much stayed the same too. Love the gold on the edges.

I recently ordered this tea set and purchased an extra 2 sets of the tea cups for a high tea I was hosting. I absolutely love this set. The quality is great. There was no damage or chips. Everything was packaged nicely. It is a really beautiful set. Now, I just have to figure out how to store it safely.

Ordered twice , one set for me and one for my mom! Amazing quality , looks even better in person!
