Did anyone else receive the light brown bars with holes only drilled at 1 end?

I just received this week and I have this same issue! I have emailed them in hopes they will mail me replacement bars with both holes drilled on the brown bars.

Hello, Dimensions are: • Max height: about 43 x 44 x 31 inches (LxHxD) • Min height: about 43 x 27 x 31 inches (LxHxD)

What is the adjustae height range?

The max height from feet to top bar is 36" or 3'. The lowest you can set the lower bar is 16'' from the base of the foot support. And the lowest the top bar can go, which is above the lower bar is 23" with roughly 8" between the two.

Does the extra support bar on the bottom of the single bar version make a difference or is the version without the extra support bar just as good?

This depends on your needs. Choose the one without extra support if your intention is to practice balance skills, and choose the one with extra support if you prefer to rely on the barre more.
